From October 17th to 19th, the 12th China International Auto Modification Exhibition (AIT) was successfully held at the Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Center in Houjie. This exhibition was not only a showcase for the automotive industry but also a carnival of automotive culture for car enthusiasts, attracting over a thousand brands showcasing their cutting-edge technology and nearly 4,000 modified vehicles.
This year's AIT showcase featured eight themed exhibition areas, encompassing both indoor displays and outdoor events. It attracted over 1,500 participating brands and over 20,000 exhibits. The "Star Car Avenue" at the center of the exhibition hall became a popular gathering place. The 16 super-modified cars on display were selected from tens of thousands of entries, representing the highest standards and cutting-edge trends in the domestic modification industry.
Off-site events were equally exciting. The D1 Drift Grand Prix was in full swing, with white tire smoke and roaring engines elevating the atmosphere to a climax. In addition, renowned events such as the Asian Modified Car Competition, the AIT City Off-Road Obstacle Course, and the IASCA King of Kings Car Audio Challenge were also held at the exhibition site, presenting visitors with a series of modification carnivals and audio-visual feasts.
This year's exhibition adopted an "exhibition and competition integrated" model and achieved cross-border collaboration with the cultural, commercial and tourism district Houjie Shiguang, successfully extending the enthusiasm of car modification culture to the consumer market, offering citizens a new consumer experience that crosses the boundaries of automotive culture and the popular online shopping district.
